Race Day Parking: Parking lot opens at 7:00 am. Plenty of parking at Turf Valley Towne Square. Runners who are not staying for post race party should NOT park in Lot A. You will NOT be allowed to move your car until post race party is complete.

Bag Drop There will be a designated bag drop available on race day
Refunds/Transfers/Deferrals Sorry, no refunds allowed Transfer of race registration to other runners is not allowed. If you would like to defer your race registration to the 2019 Zaching Running Festival please do so before November 15, 2018. To defer your race registration please email felicia@zachingagainstcancer.org.
TRANSFERS BETWEEN EVENTS- There is no fee to change between race distances but if transferring from the 5K to the 10K the difference in entry fee will be charged. No refunds will be made if changing from the 10K to the 5K.
