SUMMARY:14th Annual Ellicott City Labor Day Running Classic 10K & 5K
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 2 at 8 a.m.\nShrine of St. Anthony\n12290 Folly Quarter Road Ellicott City\, MD 21042 \nPresented by the St. Louis the King Knights of Columbus.  This is our 14th year of doing this event.  We had over 325 runners finish in both the 10K & 5K races in 2016.  Looking forward to seeing you this year. \nTiming will be by www.bullseyerunning.com and it will be chip timing. \nEntry Fees:\n$25 by August 12\n$55 for family (up to four) by August 12 \n$30 by August 26 \n$65 for family (up to four) by August 26 \n$35 on August 27 until race day\n$75 for family (up to four) on August 27 until race day \nOnline registration closes at 11:59 pm on Aug. 30. \n$10 for kids’ fun run \nT-Shirts: Guaranteed to participants registered by August 11 with maximum four per family registration. It takes you through surrounding neighborhoods and scenic western Ellicott City countryside. It is USAT&F-certified: MD07010JS\, and is open to traffic. \nThe 5K race also starts and finishes at the Shrine. The first half is on Folly Quarter Road and the second half is through wooded rough trails (not paved) on the Friary premises. The three-quarter-mile Fun Walk is entirely on the premises\, as is the three-quarter-mile Kids Fun Run for children age 12 and under. \nAwards and Amenities: Top three overall awards to the first three men and women in the open division for both the 10K and 5K races (First place: $75\, Second place: $50\, Third place: $25). Non-cash awards in seven age group categories. Lots of activities including a moonbounce\, a DJ and random prize giveaways.
