DESCRIPTION:Online registration is closed but you can still sign up at one of the packet pick up options\, see below.\nDescription\n\n\nRace Against Hunger In Laurel\, MD \nTogether this Thanksgiving we can #PreventHunger\, #EndHomelessness\, and #FosterHope. Since 2004\, this Thanksgiving morning tradition draws participants from across South Central Maryland. Each year\, runners and walkers of all ages come out in the sun or rain\, mild or cold\, to support Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services\, Inc. (LARS). The event raises money so we can help our neighbors fend off hunger\, combat homelessness\, and achieve stability and self-sufficiency. \nJOIN US THURSDAY\, NOV. 27\nlaureladvocacy.org #LARS20thTurkeyTrot\nFor more information\, contact TurkeyTrot@laureladvocacy.org. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlace\nThe race will begin on 8th St between Emancipation Community Park and Alice B. McCullough Field. Race morning packet pickup and registration will start at 7am in the parking lot by the Sturgis Moore Pavilion. On-site registration is available for $65 and will close at 7:45 am for an on-time 8am start.\n\n\n\nPacket Pickup \nMonday November 24th: 4-7 pm at Feet First in Columbia \nTuesday November 25th: 4-7 pm at Jailbreak Brewing. Stick around for a pre-race pump up with a 50/50 and ongoing raffle opportunities to win prizes from our sponsors. \nThursday November 27th: 7-7:45am at the race site.
