SUMMARY:Ashley 5k: Matt's Race for Recovery
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the inaugural “Matt’s Race for Recovery”\, Ashley’s 1st Annual 5K run. Matt G. was an Ashley alum who lost his struggle on August 15th of last year. We are proud to launch this event with Matt’s widow and event chairperson\, Holly. The race will be a 5K run and 1 mile health walk on our beautiful Ashley campus in Matt’s memory. Proceeds from the event go towards Ashley’s Scholarship Fund to help those suffering from addiction and could otherwise not afford quality treatment. Following the race\, Ashley will be having our Homecoming (annual reunion) celebration and we invite all Ashley alumni and their families to stay on campus for the festivities.
