SUMMARY:Maryland Flag Face Mask - 7's Are Wild Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Since we all need masks now this challenge will not have medals or t-shirts.  Instead everyone will receive a really cool Maryland Flag Face Mask.  They are machine washable & reusable\, anti-microbial silver infused filter\, soft fabric layer against face for comfort\, provides reliable respitory protection against most airbourne contaminants and is adjustable to fit a child or an adult but is not a n95 mask. \nMaryland was the 7th state in the USA; it became a state on April 28\, 1788.  Using the number 7 since the great State of Maryland is the 7th state\, we will have 7 challenges to pick between: 1) run 7 miles without stopping\, 2) run 7 days in a row\, 3) run as far as you can in 7 minutes\, 4) run up a quarter mile hill 7 times\, 5) run 7 different courses on your next 7 runs\, 6) run 1 mile 7 hours in a row\, 7) be an over achiever and do all the challenges.  After you sign up and complete the challenge email me at coachlang@hotmail.com and tell me all the details!  Check in on the Facebook event page as well! \nOR think about the challenges for 7 seconds\, decide to skip them all and sign up any way because you really just want the mask. \nMOST IMPORTANTLY – be safe and follow the guidelines of the officials in your area regarding being outside. \nWe hope to have these available for you or to ship to you around Mother’s Day.  This is a short window since all need the masks now so if you want one accept the challenge and sign up now and let others you think that may be interested know about it quickly as well. \nThanks for all your support and stay healthy!
