SUMMARY:Phelps Luck 5k
DESCRIPTION:This is our 3rd annual Phelps Luck 5K and 1-mile Fun Run sponsored by the Phelps Luck PTA.  This year our 5K starts at 9:00 am and will be run on Long Reach High School’s cross-country course.  The 1-mile run/walk will start immediately following the 5K start and the course will be on the Long Reach High School track. Sign up today and come out to support your Phelps Luck PTA and our Phelps Luck P.E. Department! \nEvent details and schedule \n\nRace Day is Saturday\, May 5\, 2018 starting and finishing at Long Reach High School\, 6101 Old Dobbin Ln. Columbia\, MD 21045.\nAll children under the age of 18 MUST register AND be accompanied by an adult.\nPacket pick-up will be offered on two occasions:\n\nFriday\, May 4\, 2018 from 5:00pm until 6:30pm in front of Phelps Luck Elementary School -or-\nRace day Saturday\, May 5\, 2018 from 7:30am until 8:30am at Long Reach High School\n\n\nPlease arrive early\, as parking may be limited due to other events at the high school.  Carpooling\, walking\, and biking to the event is recommended.\nWhat to remember: hydrate\, wear sunscreen\, dress appropriately including running shoes\, have fun!\nWhat NOT to bring: skateboards\, roller skates\, roller blades\, animals\, and headphones.\nBaby joggers/strollers are allowed for the 1-mile walk but NOT for the 5K run.\nLight refreshments will be available to participants at the finish line.\nOne t-shirt is included in the registration fee.
