DESCRIPTION:ONLY 200 RUNNERS COULD BE ACCEPTED AND THE EVENT HAS SOLD OUT. \nThe Run Through the Grapevine is an annual cross country/trail race at the Linganore Winecellars in Mt. Airy\, MD. The scenic and challenging cross country course loops through the grounds of the winery. For the 2020 race\, we will be running one race at the 8K distance. We will not have a team or relay option. \nPremiums will not be available for the 2020 race. All finishers will receive a Grapevine wineglass.\nIn order to reduce crowding at the start/finish and to maintain social distancing\, we will be implementing wave starts. Waves will likely comprise 20 runners and will start every 2 minutes. Participants will be placed in wave based on estimated completion time or pace. Wave start timeline will be provided to participants prior to race day. \nDue to the wave starts\, all awards will be based on chip time. \n\nOverall Male and Female\nMasters Male and Female\nTop 3 in Age Groups (Male and Female)\n\n1-20\n21-29\n30-39\n40-49\n50-59\n60-69\n70+
