SUMMARY:Shipley's Choice 14th Annual Rock Trot 5k and Kids 1 Mile
DESCRIPTION:The Shipley’s Choice 14th Annual Rock Trot 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run will take place on Sunday\, April 19th at 8am (warm-ups at 7:45am) at Shipley’s Choice Elementary School! \nThe 1 mile and the 5k will be timed. The 1 mile starts at 8:00am and the 5K usually starts around 8:15/8:20am. \nThe 5k takes runners through the beautiful surrounding neighborhood\, starting and finishing at the school with live music along the course. This is a family-fun community event and school fundraiser! \nAll paces are welcome (strollers too)! \nParents are welcome to accompany their registered child for the 1-mile run.
