SUMMARY:Thunder Hill 5k & 1 Mile Family Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:The Thunder Hill 5k and Fun Run is a family and community event open to all ages and abilities. Bring the whole family and some friends as both runners and walkers are welcome! All proceeds benefits the PTA\, which in turn\, supports our children and teachers at the wonderful Thunder Hill Elementry School. \nInterested in sponsorship or donations for our 2018 event? Would you like to see your company logo on our race shirt? Contact the 5K Planning Committee thes5Kfun@gmail.com \nEvent details and schedule\n5K starts at 9:00 a.m. SHARP!  The 1-mile Fun run/walk will start immediately following the 5K start. \n• All children under the age of 18 MUST register AND be accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 are free (T-Shirt not included). \n• Please arrive early\, as parking may be limited. Carpooling\, walking\, and biking to the event is recommended. \n• What to remember: hydrate\, wear sunscreen\, dress appropriately including running shoes\, have fun! \n• Start and finish at THES. The course winds through community pathways and roads. Strollers are welcome. \n• What NOT to bring: skateboards\, roller skates\, roller blades\, animals\, and headphones. \n• Light refreshments will be available to participants at the finish line. \n• Timing and 5K results provided by Bullseye Running. \n• One T-Shirt is included in the registration fee. Additional T-Shirts may be purchased for an additional fee.
